Calvary Chapel Christian Academy is now accepting student registrations for Kindergarten K-4 and K-5;
and elementary grades First through Third, for the 2009 - 2010 school year.  We use the accelerated,
faith-based A Beka Curriculum, have Bible classes and Chapel Services on Fridays. We offer a half day
program for the Kindergarten K-4 Class. 

 

Enrollment Requirements:

· K -4 Student must be at least 4 years old on September 1, 2009

· Kindergarten - Student must be 5 years old on September 1, 2009

· First-Third Grade - An assessment will be required      

 

Fees for Calvary Chapel Christian Academy enrollment:

 

Annual Fees:

· There will be a $150.00 non-refundable Registration Fee per student.

       Music Class (K-5 – 3^rd grade)                            $20.00

Standardized Testing Fee (K-5 – 3^rd grade)    $30.00

 

School Improvement Fee:

K-4     $175.00

K-5     $210.00

1st-3rd Grade     $250.00

 

 Monthly Tuition: Can be paid in full or divided into 10 equal monthly installments.

Tuition is due by the 15^th of each month, one month in advance.

K-4    ($2,450.00) / $245.00

K-5    ($2,700.00) / $270.00

1st-3rd Grade    ($3,350.00) / $335.00

 Discounts:  $20.00 tuition discount on 2^nd child and a $30.00 tuition discount on 3^rd child.

A 5% tuition discount available if tuition is paid in full by August 01, 2009.

A 5% tuition discount available for active Military Families.

 

Uniform Costs: $235.00 is due at the time of registration.

There are additional fees throughout the school year
for field trips, class celebrations, and school pictures.

In addition to the A BEKA Curriculum, CCCA also provides
Computer Center and Library Time to students once a week.

 

K-4 classes will attend from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon (Monday – Friday)

K-5 classes will attend from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Monday – Thursday)

        1^st to 3^rd grade classes will attend from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Monday – Thursday)

        All students will be released at 12:00 noon every Friday.

 

New Student Registration Requirements:

1.  The school office must check class availability.

2.  Bring the following documents:

·  Copy of Birth Certificate

·  Updated Immunization Record

·  Previous Report Card (K-5 – 3^rd grade)

· Withdrawal from previous school (K-5 – 3^rd grade)

3.  Interview with an Administrator (K-4 – 3^rd grade)

4.  Entrance Exam (K-5 – 3^rd grade)

5. Sign Tuition Agreement

6. Pay non-refundable Registration Fee of $150.00 per student.
